Our company Gotham Club Media is looking for a bright, skilled, motivated and customer-service-driven administrative assistant to help manage our traffic partners full time, with full-time opportunity available in the future.
This is a remote position.
We are fresh off the release of our new probiotic supplement with a celebrity doctor and are looking for a person who is organized and can give great service to help our partners promote our product through email, instagram and paid advertising.
You’ll work in our affiliate/partnership team and report directly to the Head of Finance.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Reaching out to new prospective affiliates to evaluate them
Gathering important tax docs and payment info
Preparing reports for affiliates
Preparing reports for our internal affiliate managers
Reaching out to new affiliates signups as soon as possible
Vetting new sign ups for quality and fraud indicators
Collecting tax docs, legal agreement and payment information from new affiliates
Answering basic questions about payment for affiliates
Retrieve tracking links, sales statistics and email creatives for affiliates
Troubleshooting login issues for affiliates
Ensuring affiliates promote offers on the dates they agreed they would
Emailing affiliates their monthly performance statistics
Notify affiliate managers if certain affiliates drop in traffic for a given week or month
Exporting reports from our affiliate management software Cake
Preparing reports on performance of different affiliate events
Prepared a SUBID reports for affiliate networks each month to help increase traffic
Creating reports in Excel and Google Sheets
BONUS: Using a CRM or affiliate management software such as Cake

DETAILS ABOUT THIS POSITION:
Compensation: $20k - $35k+
Hours: 10am - 6pm Eastern, Monday-Friday (semi-flexible +/- one hour)
Location: Work from home (US and Canada preferred)
Our Team: Our core team is located in NYC. We are 30 strong.
