Director of Product Strategy

We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial-minded individual with a strong background in product management to join Revation’s rapidly growing team as Director of Product Strategy!

In this role, you will work to develop, drive, and execute on long-term product vision. You’ll perform in-depth market research and partner closely with key stakeholders in order to gain a deep understanding of long-term trends in the contact center, digital customer service, and engagement market space, and use that knowledge to provide thought leadership and other recommendations regarding product strategy and roadmap as required to deliver on Revation’s vision of providing a best-in-class AI driven, next-generation digital engagement platform.

This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Capture market, competitor and customer research to understand long-term trends and opportunities in the contact center, digital customer service, and engagement market space.

  • Work closely with customers, partners and analysts, as well as our own customer-facing teams to understand current market needs and identify potential future opportunities.

  • Document competitors and assess our own capabilities within the contact center, workforce engagement, and digital customer service product portfolio.

  • Partner with our own product leaders and customer-facing teams to establish ongoing engagement forums within the product such as feedback loops, user groups, and a product advisory board to formalize customer input.

  • Develop business cases for major product initiatives including addressable and attainable markets for market and product extensions. Present product strategies, ideas, and designs to key stakeholders and executive team.

  • Collaborate internally and recommend initiatives for long-term product vision and roadmap, including potential integrations with related service platforms and technologies.

  • Coordinate pricing strategies to optimize and drive growth across the product portfolio.

  • Establish our northstar product metric and lead the effort to track related product led growth metrics across the organization

  • Prioritize opportunities for key partnerships that lead to creative ways to solve problems for our clients while creating value for our organization.

  • Become an expert with the capabilities required to deliver a best-in-class AI driven, next-generation digital engagement platform.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably with related cloud contact center, digital customer service, and engagement technologies.

  • 5+ years internal product/corporate strategy, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment.

  • Entrepreneurial, with strong ability to translate company strategy into great products that delight users and achieve business goals.

  • Strong working knowledge and/or experience implementing product-led growth strategies.

  • Experience with modern product management tools and technology for capturing feedback and product analytics, prioritizing, ideating solutions, communication, and more.

  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across Revation teams to drive results.

  • Subject matter expert in CCaaS and digital customer engagement with finance and/or healthcare payer/provider spaces industry experience a strong plus.

  • This position requires travel to customer and potential sites up to 25 percent.

  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.

  • Bachelor degree (BA/BS) required; graduate degree/MBA preferred.
