Job Summary: To provide financial support services to retail locations to enhance operational integrity and compliance. Consist as part of a team environment to help support the overall management of the Retail Accounting area or organization.
Duties consist of but not limited to:
Audit and reconcile store transactions
Calculation of Sales force Compensation
Provide Software Support Services to retail store locations
Reconcile Retail Location Credit/Debit Card accounts
Reconcile Retail Location Cash/Check accounts
Maintains company and sales force privacy and confidentiality
Displays a positive presence by using a positive tone and avoiding negativity Any other duties as requested
Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented
Teamwork, communication, customer service and problem solving skills are required Additional qualifications requested are: analyzing information, data entry, confidentiality, general math skills, and computer literate
Must be able to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry 50 pounds. Ability to physically stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, and stoop. Ability to physically perform repetitive motions. This position will be office work and the employee will need to be able to work at a desk behind the computer for most of the day.
