Be Well LLC, DBA Restore Hyper Wellness, is seeking an Area Manager that is high energy, performance
motivated and able to lead multiple daily initiatives with ease. This candidate will manage a Restore location
while mentoring sales strategies, executing business plans, and surpassing performance goals supporting two
additional locations. As an Area Manager, you are the key performance driver as you cultivate the Restore
culture in your location. In addition, you will foster relationships and oversee the performance outcomes of two

What You’ll Do….

  • Responsible for organizing, controlling, and guiding the outcomes in all performance and operational areas for your home store location while overseeing two additional stores.
  •  Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all members, clients and staff.
  •  Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication asking questions and understanding members needs.
  • Develop and maintains relationships with existing/new community businesses for collaboration and ongoing business interaction Understand and interpret Business Intelligence (KPI’s) to uncover symptoms and implement solutions to drive store growth.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage a variety of tasks and duties in a complex retail environment.
  •  Be aware of and comply with all laws, policies, safety standards, procedures and Restore requirements.
  • Establish a balanced and effective store visit cadence in conjunction with scheduled days working in your home location, while consistently document all store visit notes and action items.

  •  Work with your supervisor to set expectations and provide leadership, coaching and oversight of your additional store locations, driving revenues through KPI management and commitment to providing outstanding customer service in every interaction.
  •  Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and guide all locations to communicate brand objectives, promotions, performance goals, trends and other relevant information.
  • Utilize proper Restore operations processes, sales techniques, and planning tools; conduct audits and identify process improvements focused on driving sales with new and existing customers in all locations.
  •  Establish a culture and climate of inclusiveness and respect in all locations, where everyone adheres to the highest standards of commitment, accountability, and teamwork; foster an environment of open communication.
  • Timely and accurate completion of all required reporting and store level audits, submit monthly schedule to direct supervisor outlining work to be performed.
  •  Resolve escalated customer service issues and complaints in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the customer and to the benefit of the Company (DBA Be Well LLC).
  • Work with your supervisor to oversee operations initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Conduct audits as required; take corrective and preventative action as necessary.
  •  Attend conference calls/webinars led by Be Well LLC and Restore Corporate to develop, enhance and improve business results.
  •  Ability to travel frequently between the locations will be required.

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ (progressive) management experience preferred.
  •  Previous multi-unit management experience necessary relating to sales/retail/customer service at a manager level; direct team managerial experience (developing, leading teams and/or managing).
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable experience/demonstrated skills are required.
Personal Attributes

  •  You must possess a valid driver’s license and transportation.
  • Must have a completely open schedule and be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays (when needed).
  • Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, in general, the position requires the following physical activities: Ability to lift minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body motions.
