Project Manager - Mitigation - Disaster Restoration

Key Responsibilities

In short you are responsible to manage the mitigation jobs and grow the department.

• Manage Crew Leaders
• Create project schedule, timeline, and budget
• Oversee several jobs at one time
• Manage project to completion
• Network and build relationships with centers of influence (COIs)
• Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients
• On Call Schedule
• Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently and within compliance

Qualifications

• Superb customer service track record
• MUST have experience working on storms and disasters
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Strong leadership and work ethic
• Effective written and oral communication; Intermediate math skills
• Bilingual a plus - Speak and understand Spanish
• High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
