Restaurant Depot, a national wholesale restaurant supplier is seeking an experienced Meat Specialist/Manager for our San Francisco, CA location. Candidate should have minimum of 3+ years experience in a retail or big box environment and knowledgeable in Fresh meats, including different cuts, grades, and varieties, merchandising, rotation, sales forecasting, and ordering of product. HACCP knowledge a big plus. We are a wholesale operation and not open to the general public. Excellent Customer Service skills are essential, as you will be interacting with business customers throughout the day. Must be able move/lift 50 lb cases and also be able to work in a refrigerated environment (35-40 degrees) throughout the day. Flexible schedule required as we are open 7 days.
