This popular, rapidly growing, fast-casual health food concept is looking for an experienced Franchise Field Operations Manager and or Franchise Business Consultant.

Headquartered in Wilmington, NC, they are a lifestyle brand that’s expanded nationwide with over 90 locations in 20+ states. Immediate future growth plans include an additional 80 store build-out in the Mid West markets of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. The concept serves a wide variety of healthy menu items, shakes, and pre-made meals for meal planning.

We are looking for someone experienced with a passion for health & wellness to join our family and help take the brand to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, auditing processes, and governmental agency reports.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; oversees and collaborates with Department Leaders on any necessary adjustments to future projections, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Reviews the planning process and suggest improvements to current methods.
  • Analyzes operations to identify areas needing reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
  • Cost analysis and oversight of KPI reporting.
  • Works with the CEO and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
  • Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
  • Identifies expansion opportunities.
  • Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
  • Works closely with COO/Franchise Partners on improving unit economics at the Franchise level.


Requirements:

  • New store opening experience
  • FOH and BOH experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence
  • Ability to motivate staff along with outstanding communication/presentation skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, or Wilmington NC

Travel Requirements:
Travel time away from home realistically will be 2.5 weeks per month. Will need to attend 1 monthly meeting at their Wilmington, NC Head Quarters. The concept's hours of operation are 11am - 7pm.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary- $65,000 - $75,000 Annually
