Upscale casual Seafood Centric Restaurant in beautiful South Central Virginia (35 to 40 Miles West of Charlottesville) Guest Focused Full Service General Manager opportunity for an experienced GM who has GM or AGM experience with companies like Seasons 52, Morton’s Steakhouses, Clyde's, the Greenbrier Resort, Houston's, and Leading Upscale Independent Restaurants and Food Service Organizations.

There will be a strong Executive Chef in place, guaranteeing that the Kitchen runs professionally and consistently delivers an excellent upscale casual seafood centric menu.

Candidates MUST HAVE Excellent Communication Skills to effectively relate to people of all backgrounds. The Key to Success for the General Manager in this Independent Restaurant is the Leadership component to hold people accountable. 

The current GM is retiring. Thus, this General Manager position is an IMMEDIATE opening that we need to fill ASAP with a qualified, experienced Upscale Casual Dining General Manager who also understands the positive business potential of private parties as well as ala carte Guests.
