Customer Service Representative - GA

We are looking for highly motivated, friendly, and goal-oriented call center agents to join our team. You should be customer centric as you will interact, respond and resolve customers’ communications.

Our agents will need to possess a set of soft and hard skills to handle incoming and outgoing calls and answer questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot and provide information to callers by:

  • Answering and providing courteous phone support
  • Following scripts and call protocols from system that applies to situation and/or account at hand
  • Providing customer service to callers – processing information, relaying messages to clients.
  • Capturing and validating customers’ information
  • Creating call tickets accurately and timely by documenting call information according to procedures
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Using clear communication by creating balance between giving thorough answers and using professional vocabulary
  • Possessing patience and positive attitude for call resolution

Requesting Full-time and evening shifts

We are a 24-hour 7 day a week business

Requirements Needed:

  • Flexibility to work different shifts- holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • Clear speaking voice and pleasant demeanor
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
  • Computer literate
  • Previous Call Center and/or customer service experience preferred
  • High school graduate (or GED)
  • Good grammar and communication skills
  • Word processing averaging 45 words per minute
  • Must have reliable transportation
