All applicants must have 3-5 years of high volume chain restaurant experience and be able to expedite/communicate in high pressure situations. Candidates need to possess professionalism and be able to demand the same from all staff.  Both Front of the House and Kitchen experience are preferred, as you will be working hands-on during busy hours and in the office during the down time.  Most weeks are less than 50 hours.
