Job Description

*Customer Service Representative*

Logistics company in the Otay area is looking for a professional, punctual and experienced Customer Service Representative to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their products and services.

As CSR you will be:

•Answering detailed customer questions

•Interpreting customers' specifications, and provide technical product support.

•Provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers external, as well as internal

•Update customers as required via phone, email and web-based channels

•Provide a high level of accuracy in order documentation

•Suggest improvements to business processes and procedures when applicable to benefit the corporate goals as well as key stakeholders

Must have 1 year of experience

Bilingua (English/Spanish)

Computer Savvy

Experience in warehouse is a plus

open schedule and Weekend availability
