Long Term Temporary Customer Service Representative Needed in Boulder!

Work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay $17.00 per hour-Paid Weekly!

Job Duties:

  • Maintain communications with personnel, distributors and customers to clarify and acknowledge orders
  • Ensure complete configurations/part numbers, price, payment terms, shipping instructions, and on time delivery.
  • Process invoicing to customers.
  • Process orders received via telephone, email, and fax.
  • Includes data entry to create demand, relieve inventory and produce invoices, packing lists and shipping documents
  • Monitor current orders and communicate with customers of changes to the orders.
  • Complete Export Screening checklist and comply with all export regulations
  • Dispatch order cases to other members of the Customer Service Team
  • Work with Accounting dept. to facilitate payment terms and collection issues
  • Create and maintain department metric reports
  • Strong communication, relationship building skills both in person and electonically
  • Organized,
  • Self-motivated,
  • Work at fast pace with a sense of urgency, accuracy, flexibility,
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong personal computing skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook.
