Long Term Temporary Customer Service Representative Needed in Boulder!
Work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay $17.00 per hour-Paid Weekly!

- Maintain communications with personnel, distributors and customers to clarify and acknowledge orders
- Ensure complete configurations/part numbers, price, payment terms, shipping instructions, and on time delivery.
- Process invoicing to customers.
- Process orders received via telephone, email, and fax.
- Includes data entry to create demand, relieve inventory and produce invoices, packing lists and shipping documents
- Monitor current orders and communicate with customers of changes to the orders.
- Complete Export Screening checklist and comply with all export regulations
- Dispatch order cases to other members of the Customer Service Team
- Work with Accounting dept. to facilitate payment terms and collection issues
- Create and maintain department metric reports
- Strong communication, relationship building skills both in person and electonically
- Work at fast pace with a sense of urgency, accuracy, flexibility,
- High attention to detail.
- Strong personal computing skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Outlook.
