Customer Service Rep / Part Time

Great Manufacturer company in the city of Corona is looking for a part time customer service representative who can work part time and or on call!!!


  • Enter orders into quickbooks accounting software and print packing slips to fulfill orders
  • Taking phone orders; following up on customers inquires and orders
  • Using shipping software to ship packages through FedEx/UPS/USPS
  • Create new web store accounts, verify customer data on our computer systems
  • Update website data
  • Receive and process inventory from vendors
  • Check physical inventory with our company records
  • Microsoft office intermediate skills required (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Hours Part time on call 20-35 hours between 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Payrate between $12 -$13 hourly depending on experience
