Job Description
Facility Service Clerk
$15 - $17/hr.
Southwest Freeway
Monday – Friday 7 am – 4 pm
2-month Project
We are seeking a Facility Service Clerk to assist a Southwest Houston Outpatient Mental Health Service provider. This role reports and assists the Transportation Specialist. You will work alongside the transportation specialist to ensure fleet vehicles provide safe transportation for staff. You will also upload and scan supporting documentation. This also includes facility maintenance.
What You Will Do in this Role:
- Work with the Transportation Specialist to provide safety and maintenance of company vehicles
- Ensure safety compliances are up-to-date and operational
- Maintain and upload supporting vehicle documentation
Qualifications Needed:
- Experience uploading file/documentation to include vehicle maintenance records/logs
- Compliance, facility management, vendor management, and customer service experience a plus
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience assisting with project management and technical tasks is a huge plus
