Technical Support Agent

Resound Networks LLC. is a growing wireless internet service provider (WISP) that is servicing cities throughout Texas and New Mexico. We are looking for a driven individual to join our growing team.

Successful candidates will exhibit dependability, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. This position can be demanding and fast-moving, requiring someone who can exercise good judgment and significant initiative. Candidate must also possess problem-solving skills and the ability to work within a team.

Job Duties: The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Weekend & Evening Shifts
• Answering incoming tier-one technical support calls, creating tickets, following escalation policies
• Maintaining status on open tickets
• Scheduling installs/service calls for all markets
• Assist with occasional billing/sales scenarios

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are required to be considered:

• Bilingual Spanish Required
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer Literate
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
• Positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Maintain high level of organization and time management
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced work environment
• Self Motivated
• Previous experience in IT or technical background preferred.

Pay based on experience; bilingual preferred.
