Install - Service Technician

Resound Networks, the 6th largest RDOF Phase I winner in the nation with more than $300 million in awards through 7 states, is looking to hire an Install - Service Technician.

This person will be an integral part of our organization and will report directly to the Field Operations Manager. To ensure success as an installation technician, you should have basic construction and computer knowledge, be able to climb ladders and work on roofs, have exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service. Ultimately, a top-class installation technician provides expert installation services and dedicated support to all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Complete Onboarding, Complete Training and continued training, Annual Continued Education
• Travel to residential home and businesses for installations and service calls
• Consult with customers on the installation process as a whole to include mounting of radio equipment on roofs, cable runs, & router placement in the home
• Documenting all tasks performed at each customer location
• Provide verbal instructions to customers on how to login & operate their equipment/devices
• Update operating software to reflect equipment installed at customer location
• Testing of functionality and performance following install/service work
• Maintain rapport with customers by identifying solutions for problems as well as educate customers on WIFI and WIFI solutions for each individual home.
• Maintain an A+ safety record with zero tolerance for unsafe actions and attend bi-monthly safety meetings

Pay based on experience
