Manage client operations for database and customer relationship marketing group. Work in an agency environment and promote database marketing best practices within the agency and client organizations. Manage process for the delivery of database marketing analytic packages, business insights derived from data analytics, develop data-based marketing strategies, and provide on-site client relationship support.
Must have expert knowledge of accepted customer relationship marketing best practices and experience managing client relationships. Must have expertise in SEO and Search marketing and the ability to develop and implement leading edge analytics solutions that deliver business intelligence and reporting on search-based marketing campaign performance and drive overall client value. Ability to manage staff of analysts and DBA’s to deliver services and solutions for digital and direct marketing programs. Ability to communicate statistical marketing solutions to business leaders in a business friendly format.
6-8 years experience applying statistical and analytical procedures to market research or database marketing.
Advanced degree or equivalent experience in statistics or applied mathematics.
Expert knowledge in SAS programming, SPSS, and other statistical analysis tool.
Advanced use of Google Analytics, Business Objects, and Tableau.
Ability to interface with client to understand list requirements and translate into database specifications.
