Principal Responsibilities: Support CDO, Catman and Retail Marketing to leverage data and insights to help drive business opportunities across retail environments.Be the experts of people's shopping journey and retail environments to identify short and long term opportunitiesand help the CDO teams to transform insights into solid actions.Partner with Retail Marketing team to strengthen customers engagement with thorough and powerful insightsBe strategic advisors to drive growth through portfolio assortment across categories and countries. New focus on developing and understanding omni and e-commerce opportunities.Help share retailer analytic/data best practices across customer teamsRequirements: Major in: Math/statistics , Business Management. Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology or related+6 years of experience in research in CPG ideally with focus on shopper marketing/insights and interacting with commercial teams.Shopper Insights experience or with catman/sales/ retail marketing background.Experience with customer data and analytic toolsEvident digital capabilities for research + strong experience with agile research platforms
