Job Description

Sponsorship Sales Representative Part-Time

We are in search of a new team member to help with developing relationships with sponsors. As a national association, we have developed a program for companies to share their product or service with our members in a way that works for both the members and the vendors. 

This position is a 100% COMMISSION - BASED PART TIME sales position with a significant opportunity for residual income. The applicant must be able to do general research to find senior care industry vendors and get in contact with the decision-maker for those companies and close the sale before handing them off to the director. These can be large companies like Home Depot, Lowes, Bank of America, Go Daddy, or smaller companies with niche products and services. 

There is no limit to the income potential for the right sales representative. We are looking for someone that can commit themselves to make $10,000+ a month in recurring income. 

This position allows you to make an unlimited amount of money depending on your commitment and dedication. There is no limitation to your potential sponsors that you can approach. The bigger the sponsor the better but we do want them to have great products and services that are helpful to our members.


$80,000 - $100,000+ ALL COMMISSION BASED


Contracted Roles and Responsibilities on a monthly basis include, but are not limited to:

  • Searching for potential new corporate sponsors
  • Finding companies who could be a good fit for working with RALNA
  • Discovering who is the best point of contact from those companies
  • Learning about what they do, what they need and want, and how it could work within our sponsorship programs
  • Potentially offering to create a program based on the needs of smaller home
  • Calls with potential corporate sponsors
  • Maintaining calendar availability
  • Calling those with appointments scheduled at the appropriate time, trying twice if they do not pick up on the first call
  • Taking notes on each call on a tracking template
  • Following up with leads, multiple times as need
  • Processing sales directly over the phone with clients
  • If any invoices are needed for custom purchases or discounts, sending these requests to the director and following up to ensure processed with the client
  • Saving sales with clients who are requesting a refund
  • Checking with the director regarding any special offers, as needed
  • Recording numbers of calls offers made, sales made, etc. on a daily basis
  • Selling Corporate Sponsorship Programs
  • On calls as well as following up with leads
  • Keeping a record of sales to confirm commissions at the end of the month


  • Highly motivated by sales achievements, making sales calls, and following up
  • Familiar working with G Suite, Microsoft office, and Zoom
