Our company has an opening for a full time Customer Service Representative. Position includes inputting customer orders, answering inbound phone calls, respond to emails, liaison with UPS, helping with conferences, and other administrative miscellaneous duties as they arise. Candidate must work well in a team environment. You will be cross trained in shipping and other areas of the warehouse as well.

· Handle inbound & outbound phone calls
· Enter phone, fax and internet orders as they come in
· Respond back to emails as they arrive
· Create doctor welcome packets
· Other miscellaneous duties as they arise
· 1+ years of customer service experience
· Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Experience working with NetSuite is a plus
