Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Work with high level supplier and/or NA brand/marketing managers and sales management to create, present and implement/manage trade marketing initiatives for brand building and volume driving programs/campaigns across multiple markets, channels (including digital) and/or with strategic regional/national retailers.
Present and represent trade marketing capabilities and initiatives in key supplier/customer meetings. Proactive gap analysis and ROI assessments to support future program development improvement and creation. Support Supplier Development/NA team on brand specific Marketing consulting, budgeting, strategy and tool development.
Work with market finance and portfolio management teams to support supplier budgeting and marketing program development for local market planning. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university in Business, Marketing or related field preferred; three or more years related sales management experience, developing strategic programs in a business environment with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and be proficient in database software (Microstrategy Greatvines, Scarborough).
Experience with project management Software (Wrike), presentation software (PowerPoint), and database, spreadsheet and word processing software. Other Qualifications: Ability to travel 20 - 30% of the time, work nights and weekends. Ability to regularly operate a motor vehicle.
