Prior experience includes building and maintaining master schedules, managing day to day activities, supporting integration, conference room pilots and executing on detailed cutover plans.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with Oracle EBS systems implementation (procure to pay, order management, reporting) to support Business Operations. Day to day responsibilities include initiating projects, gathering requirements, developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status report. Partnering with Department Leaders in the organization to ensure outcomes are met.
. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Provides project direction and management to a team of resources in order to accomplish common goals defined by the project scope and objectives Provides project management services and support Provides input in the development of project management protocols, procedures and guidelines Provides implementation services including, but not limited to: project management, rollout support, and operational planning.
Acts as point of escalation for team members in providing these services. Develops and maintains project plans to continuously manage project scope, activities, schedules, deadlines, resources and cost/time estimates Completes project status reports and escalates issues and resource needs to management Effectively manages within budget constraints, closely monitors and promptly reports on budgetary, resource, or scope issues via the change control process Serves as a resource for other staff members Handles multi-project interactions, interfaces, assessments and related decisions while considering project priorities based on resources and funds. Handles multiple projects and deliverables Manages vendor resources, resource demand and project funding Ensures appropriate stakeholders are engaged and committed during the project life cycle Demonstrates the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when encountering changes in the workplace Travel: There is about 25% travel required for the position.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite software (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.) and strong familiarity with project management software and tools; Microsoft Project Server, Visio and SharePoint. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in Microsoft Project Standard 2010 (Microsoft exam 70-178).
