Job Description

The Content & Community Specialist is responsible for social media and overall KOL network management, handling communications with brand ambassadors, and affiliates. Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing content in the form of blog posts, sponsored articles and other digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become an advocate of the company by facilitating conversations with the audiences across social media platforms and respond to relevant dialogues. Ensure messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
  • Proactively identify, establish, and develop relationships with key influencer's for placements in line with new launches, messaging, PR initiatives, social-specific activations, and more.
  • Create an optimal schedule for posting, considering both customer engagement metrics as well as web traffic.
  • Develop, plan, and execute the content strategy for all primary social channels' Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  • Actively research and analyze the social landscape, providing recommendations on trends, new platforms, and campaign strategies.
  • Plan social strategy launch efforts for new product launches/campaigns on social media channels.
  • Leads the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year- round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, and other marketing
  • Engage, educate, and assist customers and partners to build a supportive community that drives user advocacy
  • Report on online feedback and reviews from partners and
  • Define KPIs, report ROIs, measure ad campaigns effectiveness, engagement, and funnel; responsible for monthly reporting using social media tools to track KPIs.
  • Support marketing day-to-day operations including creating materials for proposals, correspondence, presentation materials, media campaigns, and promotions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2-year experience in the marketing field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Demonstrated experience with content creation
  • Demonstrated experience with social media management and implementation of digital campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work with a variety of people; adept at using appropriate communication styles to address teams, external agencies, and customers
  • Proactive and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision or direction
  • Capacity to prioritize and juggle projects simultaneously in a fast-paced working environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
