Renewal by Andersen is a Full-Service Window and Door Replacement Company that provides full-service Home Improvement projects from the point of sale to installation and post-installation service. All departments within our organization have a critical dependence upon hardware and software solutions to manage our business operations. There is a continual need to enhance business processes and identify opportunities within the business through technology-based solutions. The IT Support Specialist will support the maintenance and advancement of company hardware and software solutions to ensure the continuity and sustainability of day-to-day business operations.

The IT Administrator position will play a vital role in ensuring the organization has the technological capacity to exceed the demands of business needs. The IT Support Specialist will support the IT Manager and Senior Leadership Team in this initiative.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, audio/video equipment, software, and hardware.

Perform help desk functions. Respond to phone calls and e-mails related to problems involving all computer applications, systems, workstations, iPads, and printers; provide technical and procedural assistance and recommend solutions to correct malfunctions.

Support end and mobile users with company-wide technology platforms.

Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes. This includes provisioning access and laptops, managing procurement and shipping logistics, running first day onboarding sessions, access termination, and all communications in between.

Proactive Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.

Review existing IT systems and internal processes; collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within business processes and IT infrastructures.

Develop and maintain a standard documentation of IT infrastructures, systems, and processes.

Partner with corporate support team and other stakeholders to communicate and follow up on issues reported by users.


Strong creative and analytical thinking

Strong Proficiency in the navigation and maintenance of iPadOS, iPhoneOS, WindowsOS.

Strong Proficiency of Microsoft 365, Salesforce, one drive, etc.

Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

Customer service and interpersonal skills

Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization

2+ years of job-related experience in technical support, helpdesk, partnering with technology vendors

Must be organized and focused, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment

Ability to work independently and be result oriented

Compensation and Benefits:

$75k-$85k annually + $100 Monthly Phone Reimbursement

Onsite in our Hayward, CA office

Monday-Friday; 9 A.M.- 5 P.M. PST; Occasional Nights and Weekends Will Be Required
