The Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure we deliver an outstanding experience on every job. The Customer Service Representative schedules initial measurement appointments, provides updates on product deliveries, schedules final installation date and follows up on final completion to check customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service and communications skills, is very well organized and wants to be part of a highly successful operations team.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering stability, competitive salary and benefits and opportunity to grow with a great brand name company.


  • Review contract details to ensure accuracy and complete customer satisfaction
  • Enter new orders into CRM
  • Track progress of customer orders through all phases of project and provide internal updates to team
  • Schedule customer installations and track shipment of new orders
  • Build relationship with customers so they feel comfortable reaching out to you with questions during life of the project
  • Address customer concerns and work to resolve any issues quickly and accurately
  • Respond to and follow up on customer voice mails and emails to address concerns and resolve issues
  • Minimum three years customer service experience
  • Experience working in construction or remodeling industry a plus
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Enjoys working with people, great interpersonal skills
  • Eager to deliver exceptional customer service


  • Salary Range: $42,000-$46,000
