Description

Post Installation Project Manager is responsible for managing all details a project may need after an installation. This includes recognizing revenue, customer communications, ordering, scheduling, data entry, and warranty reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Joining daily debrief meeting to create tasks for the projects needs
• Creating and managing Purchase Orders
• Managing incoming and outbound phone calls
• Managing incoming and outbound emails
• Scheduling for service and finish work
• Providing excellent customer experience by frequent customer updates
• Submitting for reimbursements
• Closing service requests
• Recognizing revenue / closing current projects
• Managing reporting
• Communicating with the National Service Assessment group
• Managing assigned projects in pipeline
• Managing Teams groups

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including MS Office and applications skills.
• Strong skills working with calendaring and scheduling.
• Effective problem resolution.
• High Level of Customer Service Experience or Customer Management.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and strive in high pace environment.
• High School diploma and preferred some college classwork.
