Renewal by Andersen is the largest window manufacturer in North America and we are growing rapidly. We need well spoken, energetic, reliable individuals to represent our brand at our various Retail Partnership sites. We are looking for a couple of individuals to add to our team that will work in and around Nassau and Suffolk county in Long Island. They will engage homeowners in meaningful conversation about their window and door problems in order to generate interest in our products and schedule appointments to meet with a Renewal by Andersen Design Consultant to discuss pricing for their window and patio door replacement.
No experience is necessary as we offer paid professional training with hands on coaching. Once you graduate through training you receive an hourly base pay plus weekly and monthly bonuses. In addition, we offer partial mileage reimbursement and continued support in order to help you be the most successful you can be! Our employees earn a range of $20-$40 an hour with base and bonus combined and there is no limit to the amount you can earn.

POSITION DETAILS:
- Average Brand Ambassadors are making $20-$40/hour (hourly wage + commissions)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to stand 5-6 hours a day
- Have a personal vehicle and the ability to travel an average of 30-40 minutes daily
- The ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Maintain flexible availability (department works 7 days a week)
- Have a reliable smart-phone for on-the-job tasks
