We are a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) specialist helping U.S. companies become more successful by outsourcing work to us they do not want to do. We have a certified center in the Philippines that performs all kinds of work - such as Customer Service, Administration, Finance, Billing and even engineering design services.
To be successful with us, you will be able to find new opportunities in the U.S. and work with our center in Manila to source the right candidates to form your client's extended team. You will be working with many clients simultaneously and be able to understand their business, the ways we can help and create a workable solution quickly.
The role will be hybrid at first. Ideally the candidate will be able to work out of our Larkspur, CO facility for 2-3 days per week and later relocate to either Colorado Springs or Denver.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
