Sales Administrative Assistant

Large location company in the medical industry looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant.

Job duties:

  • Assist with phone calls and emails for the sales team
  • Prepare and review written materials for team
  • Assist with answering any external questions and documenting any following up
  • Manages phone line and interacts with customers and vendors
  • Assist with editing policies and procedures manuals
  • Assist with setting up for a variety of events
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Dependability is very important so good attendance is required

Pay: $13-15 per hour, depending on experience
