Large local company seeking an Office Coordinator.
- Meet and greet incoming visitors
- Answer the phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Administer the receipt and distribution of mail
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Maintain calendar and coordinate meetings as directed
- General administrative duties
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous administrative work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with office equipment
Pay: $15-$16 per hour, depending on experience
