Large local company seeking an Office Coordinator

Duties:

  • Answer the phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Filing and research for department team
  • High volume of data entry
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at one time
  • General administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Word and Excel knowledge required.

Pay: $14-15 per hour, depending on experience
