The primary or essential functions of the position include the following listed below.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums all offices, lobbies, hallways, stairways, restrooms, break rooms, and other work areas
Empties wastebaskets and shredders and properly transports and disposes of garbage
Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork, as needed
Washes windows, screens, door panels, and sills, as needed
Dusts furniture and other areas, as needed
Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and blinds, as needed
Cleans outside areas and entrance ways, as needed
Performs and assists in deep cleaning of the facility
Performs regularly scheduled cleaning of mold injection equipment and other equipment
Notifies supervisors of needed repairs
Assists other maintenance personnel, when necessary
Weekly Pay!
Monday - Friday
7am - 3:00pm
