Job Description
HVAC Maintenance TechnicianRemedy Staffing is now hiring for a Maintenance Technician to work in a local apartment complex in Whitehouse, TX!
Pay: $18 - $20/hr.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
- Apartment Maintenance
- Must be HVAC certified/licensed
- Will perform general upkeep and maintenance in an apartment building
- Install new equipment or repair old equipment such as furnaces, electrical circuits or outlets, sinks and toilets
- General upkeep on the property
- Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines
- Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system
