Remedy is thrilled to partner with a local insurance agency as they search for a strong Customer Service Representative to support their Personal Lines business. Here are some great details!

Pay: $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday through Friday

Specific duties for this Customer Service Representative include:

  • Answering phones
  • Quoting new business
  • Advise clients regarding insurance coverage and risk management issues.
  • Addressing customer billing questions
  • Process insurance policy changes, renewals and cancellations

The Customer Service Representative we're looking for will possess the following background profile:

  • HS diploma required, college degree in business or related field strongly preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of prior experience in the personal lines insurance sector
  • Experience handling multiple accounts with multiple carriers simultaneously
  • Exceptional knowledge customer service best practices
  • Strong computer skills
