Pay: $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday through Friday

Specific duties for this Customer Service Representative include:
- Answering phones
- Quoting new business
- Advise clients regarding insurance coverage and risk management issues.
- Addressing customer billing questions
- Process insurance policy changes, renewals and cancellations
The Customer Service Representative we're looking for will possess the following background profile:
- HS diploma required, college degree in business or related field strongly preferred
- At least 1-2 years of prior experience in the personal lines insurance sector
- Experience handling multiple accounts with multiple carriers simultaneously
- Exceptional knowledge customer service best practices
- Strong computer skills
