Shift: 1st; 7:00am – 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: Over $13.00/hr
Job Duties of the Customer Service Representative:
- Answer incoming calls on main incoming line and transfer to correct recipient
- Responsible for the processing and entry of new orders
- Process incoming and outgoing company mail
- Communicate with other staff and production team
- Assist with processing, pricing, quoting, and entry of customer orders
- Must have customer service experience, preferably with a manufacturing company
- Requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as; Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent data entry skills are a must
- Requires a HS diploma or equivalent
