Local insurance company seeking a Customer Service Clerk!
- Work within the renewal time frames to process changes correctly
- Research and validates customer information
- Process adding violations to a policy within set time frames
- Processes policy changes, completes activities, and adds violations to policies
- Distributes incoming emails to assigned team folders
- Reviews forms/documents and matches selection against the coverage on the policy
- Reviews attachments to process changes in our system
- Distribute incoming emails to assigned team folders
- Reviews forms uploaded from customers and matches selection against the coverage on the policy
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years office/customer service experience
- Able to type 45+ wpm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work with minimum supervision
- High accuracy and attention to detail
