Job Description

Local insurance company seeking a Customer Service Clerk!

Job Duties: 

  • Work within the renewal time frames to process changes correctly
  • Research and validates customer information
  • Process adding violations to a policy within set time frames
  • Processes policy changes, completes activities, and adds violations to policies
  • Distributes incoming emails to assigned team folders
  • Reviews forms/documents and matches selection against the coverage on the policy
  • Reviews attachments to process changes in our system
  • Distribute incoming emails to assigned team folders
  • Reviews forms uploaded from customers and matches selection against the coverage on the policy
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years office/customer service experience  
  • Able to type 45+ wpm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work with minimum supervision
  • High accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: $14/hr
