Shift: Part-Time, 1st Shift- 8:00am - 4:30pm, Wednesdays and Fridays
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00/hr, based on experience
Job Duties of the Customer Service Assistant:
- Backup order entry Process Return Authorizations
- Assist Sales team with projects as needed
- Follow through on customer service requests/orders
- Assist with quotes as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding order or shipment changes or delays
- Assist with credit references
- Receivables (cash entry)
- Backup for ISO quality documentation
- High attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Prior office/administrative/customer service experience
