Insurance Company located in East Oahu looking for an Insurance Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • Answering phones
  • Email correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Greeting customers
  • Generate and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative work experience
  • Previous experience with insurance highly preferred
  • Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses after starting position
  • Must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Pay: $16-19 per hour, depending on experience
