Customer Service Representative

As Customer Service Representative, you will provide a “Gold Standard” level of customer service to the field sales function and customers from start to finish.
You will become an expert in your specific field in order to be able to help deliver to the customer.
Key duties of the Customer Service Representative;
Primary liaison between Customers, Sales and Service
Maintain good sales and customer relations through effective handling of customer complaints and queries.
Checking prices and contracts are up to date by liaising with the contracts and pricing teams
Dealing with and responding to a high number of emails in a timely manner
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required
Essential skills of the Customer Service Representative;
Previous experience in a customer service role
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Professional telephone manner
Excellent IT skills
