As the Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible fore being a subject matter expert in supporting customers with their travel needs.
Responsibilities:

  • Coach and motivate call center employees
  • Assist in training, hiring, and terminations
  • Set performance goals and provide constructive feedback to representatives
  • Work alongside multiple departments
  • Lead change and promote initiatives
This is a direct hire opportunity that offers a competitive salary and bonus package along with great benefits.
Pay: $58,000
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • 3 years experience of Travel Industry Experience
  • GDS knowledge is a plus
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
