RemX is looking for a Customer Service Team Member for a hiring manager in the UTC San Diego area!
We are seeking applicants with excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a deadline driven environment. This role will primarily support a team of Loan Officers by qualifying warm leads and answering inbound calls. Excellent entry-level opportunity for someone seeking to get their foot in the door with a real estate/mortgage company; this organization is thriving and the manager loves to promote from within! This is a contract- to-hire position, paying $17-19/hr depending on experience.
- 3+ years of Customer Service Experience, preferably in a finance related industry with high call volumes
- 3-5 years of office/clerical experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. College Degree is a plus.
- High Energy and Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Proficient with computer programs including MS Word, Excel
- Team player attitude
