  • $130k annually – Newly created, build in your vision – Lead teams of Field Service, Technical Support and Repair - OEM manufacturer of automated industrial equipment – Northern New Jersey** **The Company** An international OEM manufacturer of automated industrial capital equipment, considered a leader in the industry Financially stable and in a strong growth mode; in business for 40+ years Employee focused with strong work/life balance culture *The position** Excellent compensation: $130k full benefits Lead a team of 20+ that includes Field Service Engineers, customer support and equipment repair team Newly created position that will allow you to build the team in your vision with process, procedures, staff High value capital equipment that is used across multiple industries Plan and direct the workflow for all support groups to resolve customer’s issues that includes remote and on-site technical support, timely repair programs and ongoing customer service Lead on all aftermarket support and ensuring an excellent customer experience Note: This position is in Northern NJ and would need to be in the office daily when not traveling.  25% travel expected for the position Main Job Functions** Create and manage a customer support aftermarket function for the US operations Manage through the use of KPIs, policies and procedures Ensure the staffing for support functions are in line with customer needs both in the field and internally Work cross functionally in problem solving within multiple departments Requirements** 3+ years managing and directing of support management experience for equipment service Knowledge of Operations Management and manufacturing systems 25% travel to customers, suppliers other company sites None
