YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Review loan packages for missing title documents and updating documents as needed
- Quality assurance of all loan packages prior to signing agent approval
- Settlement document quality assurance
- Update title system as steps are completed
- Certify titles
- Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
- HS Diploma or equivalent is required; Paralegal certification or legal field education is strongly preferred
- Required experience in paralegal role ideally in real estate
- Experience with deeds, loan underwriting, loan closing, or settlements is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented
