- Act as the first point of contact for clients over the phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assisted clients with inquiries and requests with all products and services offered.
- Update customer accounts and input call information into database.
- Provide additional customer service support as needed.
- Previous experience in healthcare and customer service required
