Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team! 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients over the phone in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisted clients with inquiries and requests with all products and services offered.
  • Update customer accounts and input call information into database.
  • Provide additional customer service support as needed.
     

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare and customer service required
  • Familiarity with medical procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
