Job Description
Great company in South Knoxville is hiring Fraud Analyst!
The position is a contract position and will be from 4-7 months with potential of permanent opportunity.
The training will be anywhere from 1-2 weeks onsite and the hours for training are Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:30.
Must have open availability and able to work a variety of shifts.
- Monitors/ merchant/cardholder accountability to identify fraudulent transactions and violations
- Secures Merchant t and cardholder accounts to prevent losses
- Contacts Cardholders to validate any charges made to account
- Maintains merchant processing statistics and records
- Provides customers with information about their accounts
Requirements
- Experience with monitoring accounts
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel
- Organized
- Able to toggle between multiple screens
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
