RemX is partnered with a Mortgage and Loan firm in Philadelphia, PA to find remote Customer Service Representatives to join their team!
*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SALESFORCE SOFTWARE*
Hours: Monday through Sunday (as needed) 9:00a-6:00p
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to borrowers regarding their loan application.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to send out FileShare links and monitor the shared files in order to collect required documents.
- Verify that incoming documents are complete and accurate.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Excellent computer/technology skills, must have experience with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Call center/customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, flexible, adaptable, willing and eager to work
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have capability to work from home - laptop/desktop, smartphone (RingerCentral app will be provided)
- Experience working from home is a huge plus
