Job Description

Customer Care Professional’s provide service or product information, sales, solutions and relevant details to customers in a Call Center environment. They are sociable individuals, with a knack for providing professional and clear answers to customer's requests. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other related duties may be assigned, based on business needs. • Answer a high volume of telephone inquiries from potential notaries and current customers regarding sales and/or support • Resolve product or service issues through identification and efficient resolution • Deliver high quality Customer Service in a warm, caring and professional manner • Upsell and cross-sell Membership and additional products to customers, while explaining the features and benefits • May be asked to respond to customer inquiries via Company’s web chat feature, requiring advanced typing speed and professional written communication skills. • Comply and adhere to the NNA’s ethics and security policies • Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers • Complete additional training throughout the year relevant to Customer Care Professional duties • Adhere to the Call Center Attendance Policy expectations • Contribute to team projects when assigned, and perform other administrative duties as needed • Contribute to a positive working environment making this the Best Job Ever for self and others Qualifications/Skills Experience/Knowledge • High school diploma or GED required • Prior call center experience preferred • Prior sales experience preferred • Must be proficient with a MS Office, and comfortable working with computers and a variety of programs • Must demonstrate problem solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as a team
