Senior Call Center Agent

Our client is a dynamic retail company located in Braselton, GA is seeking qualified individuals to join their customer service division! If you are a experienced Call Center Professional who provides outstanding customer service, this is a GREAT opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalated customer inquiries completely and accurately via Phone, Email and/or Chat as determined by the business needs
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Complete necessary documentations to manage customer complaints, uses and subsequent solutions
  • Schedule, assign, or act on any required customer follow-up
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • At least 2-3 years experience in a call center is required

Pay: $14/hr - Weekly Pay

**MUST be comfortable working 2nd shift hours (up to midnight)**
