Job Responsibilities: The Patient Call Center Representative is responsible for the following:
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls
- Provide quality customer service during every interaction with health plan members
- Perform accurate data entry in the system and navigate through multiple computer applications
- Work in a production environment and meet daily, weekly, monthly quotas
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS
- Must have 3+ years call center experience
- Previous medical experience is highly preferred
- Active listening skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a moderately noisy, fast-paced and changing environment
