Job Description

RemX is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join the team of a growing company located in RVA.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of recent call center experience, excellent references and a go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls and ensure the calls are directed to the correct department

• Collect all pertinent information from incoming callers in reference to their files

• Review, accept and assign incoming referrals

• Data entry and uploading documents to appropriate files

• Assist in developing monthly reports for internal management and external customers

• Performs other duties as needed

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 3 years call center experience required

• Ability to multi-task and organize effectively

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft suite of products.

• High school diploma, some college preferred
